I have to agree, it's not where I'd spend my money. Although if you love Mini then it's the closest you can get to Challenge spec.

did the others have autox spec tires like you? Last year at my club the fastest guy was in a 95 Impreza l with Hoosiers because he could keep it floored. I'm guessing if the FoST is tuned and on stock rubber he was slow, I'm faster on stock tune...mini, sonic, FoST, gli. That order. Also depends on if there is room to open up second gear though...TELL USS!

Focus on stock tires, stock tune. Sonic and mini on stickier rubber, I think the gli was too.

Course was fast. I was in 3rd for most of it

This is my second year autocrossing. Mini driver is quite good and has been doing it for a long time. Focus driver is also experienced but this is only his second event in the Focus (drove a 1975 Mini last year)
